Referrals are available from most GP clinins and other medical specialists.

A GP referral for consultation is valid for 12 months

A referral for a consultation from a Specialist is valid for 3 months

The referral will also enable you to be eligibla for a Medicare rebate on certain services. For addtional information please contact our staff.

Our reception and booking staff are happy to advise you on this when making a booking or on the day of an appointment.

We are conveniently located opposite Cabrini Malvern Hospital at 198 Wattletree Road, Malvern with parking on site.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time as there can be some documentation or other matters to attend to before your appointment.

It is also helpful if you bring all the necessary documents to ensure a smooth process.
